Please be aware that while we make every effort to facilitate returns, refunds, and cancellations, certain restrictions apply due to business, legal, and contractual obligations. Additionally, the terms may differ depending on the brand, and specific guidelines will apply to each product. These guidelines will take precedence over this general policy, so please review them before making a purchase.
Eligible Returns
You can return items under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged (e.g., a broken attar bottle or a leaked perfume bottle).
- Incorrect Items: If the product received differs from what was ordered.
- Product Mismatch: If the product does not match the appearance shown online.
- Size Issues: If the product size is incorrect.
Important: For any defective delivery complaints, such as damaged, stolen, or empty packages, you must provide an unboxing video. Without this video, we cannot process your complaint.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used Items: Products that have been worn, used, or soiled.
- Seal broken: Once the seal is broken, any item cannot be returned.
- Damaged: If the item is damaged by you, it can not be returned.
Return Conditions
To return a product:
- The item must be in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels.
- The product must be unused and unsoiled.
- The original brand packaging must be intact.
- Replacement of items is subject to availability.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:

- Provide your name, the product image, and the order ID, along with a detailed description of the issue.
- This request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. For disputes filed after 3 days, you must return the product within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours from placement.
- If an order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it by informing us promptly.
Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock shortages.
